The Single Alignment

What: Aligning all elements to one strong axis instead of multiple competing alignments.

Why: A single alignment creates an invisible line that calms the design and guides reading.

How: Choose one edge (right in Arabic) and line up headings, text, and images on it.

Common mistake: Centring some elements and aligning others left and right on the same page.

Exercise: Take a scattered design and realign all its elements to one axis.
