1. Data We Collect

From Zayenha Hub when you sign in: your name, your email address and whether it is verified, your preferred language, and the date of birth you entered when you created your account there.

Directly from you: your date of birth only if it is not recorded at Zayenha Hub, the works you upload (images, audio recordings, text), your answers in the diagnosis, courses and tests, and your declarations about using AI in your work.

Automatically: your evaluation results and skill record, your purchase and entitlement history, and your IP address and browser type in session and security logs.

We do not collect your card details, since all payment happens at Zayenha Hub.

2. Why We Ask for Your Date of Birth

To confirm you are 18 or over, which is a condition for using the platform. We take it from Zayenha Hub and ask you again only if it is not recorded there. We show it to no one and use it for nothing else.

3. How We Use Your Data

To provide diagnosis and evaluation, build your development plan, issue the certificates you request, and protect the platform from abuse.

4. Artificial Intelligence

We send the work you ask us to evaluate to AI models through OpenRouter, for the sole purpose of evaluating it. We do not train models of our own on your work.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data to anyone. We share only what is necessary with our service providers: Zayenha Hub (identity, payment and email), OpenRouter (AI models), and Cloudflare (hosting, storage and bot protection).

6. Your Rights and Deleting Your Data

You have the right to ask for a copy of your data or for its deletion. To ask for a copy, write to us at the address below.

To delete your data, delete your unified account at Zayenha Hub. When the deletion there is complete we permanently erase everything of yours that we hold: your works and their files, evaluations, skill record, plans, certificates, declarations, and the log of messages we sent you, and we end any remaining sessions.

We keep your purchase and payment records without any details that identify you, because tax and accounting rules require us to keep them for a set period.
