1. Acceptance

By using Zayenha Arts you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the platform.

2. Eligibility

The platform is available only to people aged 18 (Gregorian) or over. We ask for your date of birth when you create an account, and no account is created for anyone younger. If an existing account holder turns out to be under 18, their sign-in is suspended without deleting their data, and access returns automatically when they turn 18.

3. Permitted Use

You may use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. Presenting diagnosis results, evaluations or certificates in a way that misleads others is prohibited.

4. Your Work and Copyright

Your uploaded works remain yours. By uploading them you grant us a limited license to evaluate them and show them to you. Copyright protection covers what a human creates, so output generated by AI without human contribution is not attributed as authored by you or by us. When you submit a work for evaluation you declare how much AI assistance you used, and we keep your declaration exactly as you gave it.

5. AI-Based Evaluation

Evaluations and reports are produced by AI models against published criteria, and the platform says so clearly in every result. They measure a specific work against a specific criterion -- not a verdict on your talent. Certificates attest to what the platform actually measured. They do not attest to intellectual property, and they are not an official accreditation by any government body.

6. Educational Content

Lessons and courses, including those about copyright and AI, are educational content, not legal advice.

7. Payment and Refunds

All payments and billing go through Zayenha Hub, and refunds are governed by the Refund Policy published on the platform. No paid service is activated before our server confirms the payment.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend any account that violates these terms.
