The guarantee covers every one-time purchase (an evaluation, a report, a certificate) and the annual Artist Plus plan. It does not cover the monthly Pro plan — that plan is already cancel-anytime, with no conditions attached.

Everything about your purchases, invoices, and refund requests is handled directly from your unified Zayenha Hub account, not from this site. Open your Zayenha Arts account page and follow the “My purchases & invoices on Zayenha Hub” link — a refund button appears there automatically whenever your purchase is eligible.
